keep calm and carry on

Easy Livin’

Be someone you’re proud to be. Be classy, be respectful, and always be the bigger person.

Don’t be afraid to admit when you’re wrong. It helps everyone move on.

Respect yourself. Respect your body. Be the type of girl you want your son to date. Act like your mother is watching [most of the time ;) ]

Laugh it off. If it’s something you can see yourself laughing about in the future, don’t make a big deal about it now.

TRY. It sounds simple enough, but challenge yourself. Doing things to the best of your ability always makes you feel good.

Think before you react. Don’t do or say something you’ll regret just because of how you feel at that moment.

Be nice. Again, sounds simple but go outside you’re comfort zone. Try to compliment someone or do a nice thing everyday. It makes you feel a lot better about yourself.

Don’t complain. It doesn’t help you fix your problems, and it’s no fun to hear about, sorry!

Learn that being a bitch gets you nowhere. All it does is make people not like you.

Act like everyday is your last. I’m not saying go bungee jumping and swim with the dolphins, but if it’s your last day you want to go out on a good note right? Make everyday a good day.

If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all!Talking behind someone else’s back won’t fix anything, and it will most likely get back to them and worsen the situation.

Forget the past. Who you are isn’t what you’ve done. It’s what you’re doing.

Don’t worry. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Worrying is a downpayment on a problem you might never have.

Be positive. Better attitude = better everything. Surround yourself with positive people.

NOTHING IS UNFIXABLE. Everyday is a new day and a chance to start fresh. As Taylor Swift says, Today is never too late to be brand new.

couldn’t have been more perfect if we planned it.

There is a gnat on my computer screen. sitting there like it pays rent.

“The Muppets don’t get laughs at other people’s expense. It’s part of what I really loved about the Muppets. Their jokes are kind and honest and pure. Even as an adult when you turn on the Muppets, you’re reminded of the best version of yourself, that sense of wide-eyed wonder that the world beats out of you. They don’t even want to destroy their villains. They want to reform their villains.”

Jason Segel
